What is the difference between Max Musli Premium & Max King Premium?
There is no major difference between Max Musli premium & Max King Premium. 95% formulations are same in both the products. Max Musli Premium is 100% Herbal formula and Max King Premium contains Herbs and Minerals (Trivang Bhasam, Vang Bhasam, Makardhawaj).
What is the difference between Safed Musli Extract vs Powder
Safed Musli is available in the market in two forms i.e. Extract & Powder. Please understand that Safed Musli extract are prepared from Safed Musli powder in the ratio of 5:1 or 10:1 i.e. 1 kg of Safed Musli extract is prepared from 5 kg or 10 kg of Safed Musli powder. Therefore, Safed Musli extract are 5 times or 10 times effective than Safed Musli powder because in the extract all the useless materials & impurities are thrown out and contains only saponins & alkaloids. Therefore, Safed Musli extract is recommended for use as compared to powder.

What are the DOs and DON’Ts for patients?
- Breakfast should be heavy & dinner must be minimal.
- Don’t do overeating, at any cost, even if the food is very tasty. In other words maintain your weight.
- Have food at routine fixed times. Don’t skip the breakfast.
- Don’t take very hot, spicy, oily and overdone food.
- Should undertake exercise on daily basis for at least 30 minute to two hours. Yoga will help for stress, depression & more control and balance between body & mind.
- Do not go for sexual act immediately after meals, there should be gap of at least 2-3 hours between the two.
- Keep in mind that you can perform well in the bed if you posses a healthy and disease free body.
What Food should be consumed?
- Light, easily digestible food should be taken, which should include plenty of raw vegetables as Salad and fresh fruits.
- Milk, curd, plenty of green leafy vegetables, salad, fruits and Nuts should be taken.
